Hidden-Tech will wrap up its third year with our annual meeting from 5 to 8
p.m. at the Northampton High Cafeteria, which is located to the back of the
school near the parking area.

The main concern is to discuss our new non-profit/legal status and how this
helps us build the organization in ways you need most. Like last year, we
will conduct some fun, interactive polling of members to glean what
services and programs mean the most to you.

We also want input on fund-raising as many of the services you have
requested -- from the Web to programs -- require more money than the
organization has today. Because of the non-profit/legal status, plus the
fact that we have an official treasurer and bank account, we are at a point
in time when we can safely manage the money it takes to make an
organization tick. Of course, we also want to keep the fun, informal,
maverick flavor of Hidden-Tech that has drawn so many of us.

To accomplish these goals, we need as many of you attending, as possible.
Everyone's voice will be heard (as much as feasible) and is welcome.
