So, you've played on the Hidden-Tech discussion list and found friends, alliance partners, and maybe even some work. You've learned that the announcement list will fill you in on Hidden-Tech events.
BUT DO YOU KNOW:
o Hidden-Tech is the only regional network today that unites business with institutions throughout the Pioneer Valley and then links us all to the world, at large.
o You can still get the discussions without clogging your email box.
o When used properly, the Hidden-Tech Web site will help promote your business or organization.
o You can sign into the Hidden-Tech skills directory at no cost and your business will be searchable to the 1,000-plus people on our lists as well as thousands of site visitors.
o You can carry on lengthy chats to exchange knowledge, resources, and ideas
through the Hidden-Tech Forums.
o The Hidden-Tech network is open to everyone, not just entrepreneurs, which expands our reach and increases your business opportunities.
These topics and answers to your questions will be the focus on Monday, Oct.18, when Hidden-Tech Web master Rich Roth takes you through a live demonstration of the Web site.
Please bring laptops so you can plug in and experiment with Web site options after the formal presentation. If you have wireless, bring it - we expect to have wireless also.
If you have not, take a look at the members area before the session so you can com primed with questions.
There will be plenty of time to meet and schmooze with members and officials from UMass and other regional institutions invited to attend.
DIRECTIONS: Room 112 of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass is at the south end of the building at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and the Haigis Mall. The preferred entrance faces Massachusetts Avenue. The atrium is inside this entrance. There is metered parking across Massachusetts Avenue behind the Robsham Visitors Center.
